CHICAGO, IL – July 14, 2016 – Valence Health, a leading provider of clinical integration, population health, and value-based solutions and services, will be holding its fourth annual industry conference in Chicago, IL at the Loews Chicago Hotel on September 14–16. Focused on exploring strategic and operational issues of value-based care and reimbursement models, further 2016 will bring together over 150 healthcare professionals dedicated to the volume-to-value journey.

“We’re honored to be hosting some of the industry’s brightest healthcare leaders at further 2016,” said R. Andrew Eckert, CEO of Valence Health. “Given the market’s aggressive shift to value, this conference is a great opportunity to learn more about Medicare strategy, negotiating value-based contracts, and building a successful clinically integrated network. Our goal is for attendees to walk away with the tools necessary to embark—or continue—their path in value-based reimbursement.” further 2016 is ideal for all types of providers, including hospitals, health systems, IDNs, provider-sponsored health plans, ACOs, Co-Ops, and physicians.

In addition to valuable networking with peers and experts, there are over twenty hours of educational sessions slated, including keynote speaker Zubin Damania, MD (otherwise known as ZDoggMD), who will offer his perspective and humor on the changing face of healthcare. Other organizations that will be at the podium during the event include Adventist Health, HealthChoice, Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin and Trinity Health.
