Fourth annual event explores strategic and operational issues of value-based care and reimbursement models

CHICAGO, IL – July 14, 2016 – Valence Health, a leading provider of clinical integration, population health, and value-based solutions and services, will be holding its fourth annual industry conference in Chicago, IL at the Loews Chicago Hotel on September 14–16. Focused on exploring strategic and operational issues of value-based care and reimbursement models, further 2016 will bring together over 150 healthcare professionals dedicated to the volume-to-value journey.
